Membership fees for premium membership
- Full registration and payment of membership fees must be completed before a membership can be activated or renewed.
- Fees are payable in full upon registration via our website.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership benefits offered for the premium membership:

- Attendance at deep loyalty specialist groups e.g. loyalty fraud group
- Opportunities to network and collaborate with industry peer groups
- Opportunities to showcase your own thought-leadership and case studies
- Save on building loyalty credentials through Truth’s Customer Academy (provided to The African Loyalty Association by Truth) and personalised mentorship programmes:
- 10% discount on all Truth Customer Academy training courses (including certified Diploma in Loyalty CADipL™).
- 10% off mentorship programmes, working directly with Amanda Cromhout, (our Founder).
- Save on leading loyalty events and awards:
- 5% conference registration discount to International Leaders in Loyalty Summit in September each year in Cape Town and South African Loyalty Awards.
- 1x free entry into the African Loyalty Awards 2025/6, valued at $250.
Membership benefits usage:
- It is the responsibility of the member to make use of membership benefits.
- Non-use of membership benefits will not result in any rebates or refunds of membership fees.
Renewal of membership:
- The current discounted price of $99 is only valid until 31 December 2025, thereafter the yearly fee will increase to $199 p.a. starting 1 January 2026
- The discounted fee will be pro-rated as follows:
- From 1 July – 30 September 2025, the fee will be to $39
- From 1 October – 31 December 2025, the fee will be $9
- Membership duration is for the calendar year of registration and successful payment.
- Membership will not automatically renew.
- The African Loyalty Association will communicate with members 60 days before the expiry of their current membership.
- Note that membership fees may increase year-on-year, and the current fees can be found on the website.
- Membership fees are priced in dollars but charged in South African Rands according to the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of membership
- Membership registration and payment is final for the given membership year.
- Members may exercise the right to cancel their membership at any time, however no rebates or refunds will be processed.
Indemnity / Liability
Should any publishing dates, training dates and / or event dates change, the African Loyalty Association, Truth or any partners will not be held liable for such changes.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
- Sometimes events are cancelled, varied or postponed due to a variety of situations. In the event that The African Loyalty Association ( or Truth) cancels an event, for any reason beyond the reasonable control, the cost paid by the attendee will be credited to a future African Loyalty Association, or Truth event. This credit will be valid for up to 1 year from the date of cancellation of the original event and if the attendee does not utilise all or any of the credit provided within one year then such unused credit will be forfeited.
- In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed, or the dates being changed, the organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
- We will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of a cancellation, variation or postponement by sending an email to all ticket holders and putting a notice on our website; however, the responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled, varied or postponed is yours. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of a cancellation, variation or postponement before the date of the event.
