The African loyalty industry is showcasing loyalty excellence in thousands of brands, for millions of consumers, across multiple countries, on one African continent.

The African Loyalty Association brings together the minds of loyalty professionals at a time when there is deep investment in this industry and enormous progress of customer loyalty experiences.

The African Loyalty Association’s sole purpose is to make loyalty thought-leadership accessible via education & training platforms, webinars, networking and industry insights.

The Association is launched by Truth, a global loyalty consultancy, which has been designing award-winning loyalty strategies and loyalty experiences for its clients, across the globe but deeply rooted in Africa. Truth’s team has over 50 years of loyalty experience to share with the African Loyalty Association.

Previously operating in the South Africa market loyalty programmes with Old Mutual Rewards, Clicks ClubCard and Woolworths WRewards. From managing the product/service of the programme and redesigning the strategy (Woolworths and Clicks), to building programmes from design to development and implementation (Old Mutual and Vivo Energy).
